1 . In case of cancellation by the client of the order (at least 2 days in advance), we guarantee a refund of the funds paid on the application.
From the amount to be returned, the tariff of the corresponding system for transferring money to the customer is deducted.
2. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled exactly, due to reasons beyond the control of the service, for example, the absence of a certain variety of flowers or other goods on a certain date, we reserve the right to an equivalent replacement. At the same time, in the case of a forced replacement for another type of flowers (gifts), this is agreed with the customer, if the replacement is for another variety or color / shade, then the replacement is at the discretion of the florist.
3. In case of impossibility to complete the delivery for the following reasons:
- the address or contact phone number of the recipient is incorrectly indicated by the client in the order form;
- the recipient is absent at the specified address (moved, went on vacation ...);
- incorrect customer data that does not allow contacting him;
- the recipient refused to accept the gift;
- order cancellation less than 2 days in advance
payment is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation of an order for international delivery is accepted no later than 2 business days before the date of the order, otherwise the payment will not be refunded. Cancellation of orders with delivery on February 14, on March 5-9, during the celebration of the New Year on January 1-7 is not accepted, since for these dates we specifically order flowers from suppliers for already paid orders.
5. Orders for sweets, soft toys, fruits, balls, cakes are accepted only with flower products.
6. Due to technical capabilities, the free service "Photo from delivery" is not guaranteed in all locations in the country.
7. Orders "for today" on weekdays are accepted until 18.00, on Sunday - until 15.00. Orders placed after this time may be shipped the next day. Orders with delivery to small settlements in Ukraine must be placed in advance, the possibility of urgent delivery on the day of the order can be clarified by phone, WhatsApp, viber, telegram or by writing to us by e-mail. address.
8. Items such as custom cakes must be ordered no later than 3 days prior to the delivery date.
9. Features of the flower delivery service on holidays: flower delivery February 14 (Valentine's Day), during the celebration of International Women's Day March 6-8, Mother's Day, September 1 carried out throughout the day . Orders with delivery on February 14, March 6-8 are accepted only for flower products and are processed through the website. On March 7-8, we do not conduct consultations by phone, in messengers, new orders are accepted these days exclusively through the website. After the delivery of the order, a report on the completion of the order will be sent to your email address or phone. Due to the large number of orders for February 14 and March 6-8, there may be delays in the promptness of sending reports. Orders placed on March 8th are processed by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis. If it is impossible to deliver on March 8, the order can be rescheduled for the next day. The possibility of delivery on January 1 and on the day of Easter must be clarified before placing an order.
10. Delivery of flowers and gifts abroad at the exact time specified by the Customer is not guaranteed due to the schedule and rules of delivery services abroad, as well as labor laws in a particular country.
11. Delivery on the territory temporarily not controlled by Ukraine is not carried out.
